[The BEST] Slow-Cooker Mashed Potatoes

We just made THE BEST mashed potatoes on the face of the planet.

The best part: They’re SO easy!
Slow-Cooker Recipe for Mashed Potatoes

3 lbs red potatoes, washed and chopped into 2-inch pieces (you don't need to peel them)
6 Tbsp butter
8 oz sour cream
1.5 Tbsp minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup milk

Grease slow cooker.

Add chopped potatoes and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours.

When potatoes are cooked and tender with a fork, add all remaining ingredients.

Use  hand mixer to mash potatoes.
